Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in IT recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top IT professionals for various technical roles, and ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Additionally, you will work closely with clients and handle meetings to understand their hiring needs and deliver the right talent. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from understanding job requirements to onboarding new hires.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role-specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
Facilitate regular meetings with clients to discuss recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and hiring needs.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for recruitment-related queries and updates.
Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive salaries.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT openings.
Drive and participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, including offer negotiation and closing.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve and refine the hiring process.
Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in the IT industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills including software development, infrastructure, cloud computing, and other technical fields.
Experience handling client relationships and managing recruitment requirements for multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing meetings.
Ability to assess candidates’ technical skills through interviews or assessments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle client expectations, and work under pressure.
Good understanding of HR processes and employment law.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Experience in managing and prioritizing a high volume of recruitment tasks.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in sourcing IT talent for both contract and permanent roles.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Proven track record in managing meetings with clients and presenting recruitment strategies or reports.
